• Each customer will receive an email confirmation after the order has been placed
  • Customers will receive their product between 2- 3 working days
  • If a package is not received the customers should contact the team directly in order to solve the issue
  • Due to the nature of the item, there are no refunds or exchanges. If the product is faulty or damaged we will happily replace it for you, only if it is unused and in it’s original packaging.
